The owners of this small The Sea Ranch house wanted to enlarge it by adding a new master bedroom suite, a guest room, garage and extensive storage space. To achieve the storage needs, a large garage with a loft was added.

The master bedroom was added as a new wing facing the primary view over the meadow to the ocean.

The house was re-sided and a fenced entry garden was installed.
