This 77 acre site was part of the old Fallen Leaf Lodge resort. A group of families bought the site and developed a community of 39 lots. This residence, nestles in the alpine forest surrounding Fallen Leaf Lake and overlooks the sparkling waters below. The house is two stories high in order to capture the views of the Lake from all rooms. Parking is located down the hill and hidden from sight. Access to the site in the winter is available only by over-snow vehicles. The exterior materials are designed to harmonize with the natural setting. Construction is to be completed in 2003.
