• We will prepare more detailed drawings based upon the approved schematic design and our on-going conversations. The drawings will reflect any evolving design changes and will explore the exterior appearance of the project. We will also prepare a schedule and a preliminary construction cost estimate. These drawings will represent a larger scaled version of the design with a greater level of detail. Some structural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials and other appropriate elements will also be incorporated into the design at this time.
• The drawings prepared at this phase may be used to obtain further cost estimates and planning permits.
• At this stage the design will be finalized and any changes beyond this point will impact the budget and schedule.
